College Goal Sunday

March 7 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

  • « Pre-ETS for Students Pursuing Post-Secondary Opportunities – Free Webinar
  • IWU Supervision Webinar: Virtual Ethics, Telehealth and Tevera »

The first virtual College Goal Sunday of 2021 takes place at 2pm (ET) on March 7th.  Please feel free to direct your students and families to CollegeGoalSunday.org for information about the event, and items to get organized for a successful filing experience.  Also on the website are resources to help you promote Indiana’s largest FAFSA filing event.  On March 7th families will simply go to CollegeGoalSunday.org and click the link that will be displayed there to enter the virtual event.  FAFSA experts from across Indiana will be available to assist with the FAFSA filing.

College Goal Sunday is once again having a drawing for 5 scholarships worth $1,000 each for students who attend virtual CGS and fill out a survey on March 7th.

If you are a FAFSA expert and you’d like to volunteer to help at the event, please register at VolunteerIndianaCGS.org.  If you are not a FAFSA expert, but still want to help College Goal Sunday be successful, please promote this FAFSA filing opportunity as much as you possibly can.  This year, maybe more than ever before, making sure every Hoosier family knows about this free opportunity is incredibly important.  Downloadable PDF’s and other items are on the website for you to print and post, and any social media or other promotion you are willing to provide is greatly appreciated.  Please don’t forget to tag twitter.com/CGS_Indiana and Facebook.com/IndianaCollegeGoalSunday in your posts.

Thank you as always for any promotion or other help you can provide, and all you already do for Hoosier students and families, and please feel free to email or call Bill Wozniak at wwozniak@investedindiana.org/(317) 715-9002 if you have any questions!
