This year’s College & Career Readiness Conferences are regionally focused and aimed at preparing Indiana’s youth for success by equipping them with experiences, degrees, certifications, and employability skills tailored to industry needs. Dive into strategies for supporting Gen Z and Gen Alpha, ensuring they have the tools and resources necessary to thrive in the workforce. The more aligned we are in preparing Indiana’s youth for current and future industry needs, the greater their chances for successful postsecondary outcomes. The 2024 College & Career Readiness Regional Conferences are also a chance to build college and career readiness networks in your community and learn from programs across the state about how to prepare our youth for fulfilling careers.
