The International Baccalaureate (IB), formerly known as the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO), is an international educational foundation headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland and founded in 1968.
In 1927, E.K. Strong, a psychologist, developed the first interest inventory, a tool used to measure individuals' interests and compare them to those of people working in various occupations. It was called the Strong Vocational Interest Blank. This tool has seen many revisions and name changes over the years. It is now called the Strong Interest Inventory (SII).
Indiana school counselors are issued school services licenses, valid from kindergarten through twelfth grade. There are three levels of licensure. Initial licensure is based on education. The Initial Practitioner license can be renewed twice.
